'SCOURGE OF EXTREMISM': Cameron proposes tough anti-terrorism laws

BRITISH PM DAVID CAMERON, in remarks to Parliament Monday, laid out measures to defeat Islamic State and the 'scourge of extremism,' including seizing passports of suspected jihadists, after a British rapper — believed to be a member of ISIS — is named a suspect in beheading of a US journalist.
