IRS awarded bonuses to employees with tax compliance, conduct issues

IRS EMPLOYEES who had been cited for tax compliance and conduct issues were still rewarded with monetary awards or time off, according to a new report by Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration J. Russell George.
